The room was clean enough and cheap. Nothing special.

The stuff was inadequate but willing to help. The breakfast was poor. One night I saw a bug on my pillow.

    Their kinds and welcoming

I did not like the breackfast nor the room condition specially bed linens looks like overused.

It was a decent hotel for the price of the room. The room was clean and overall the personnel was acceptable, if a bit blunt. Also the WiFi connection was just fine, and they provided for compatibility with European power plugs.

The bathroom was tiny and cramped, with slowly flowing water only, and the bedsheets were fairly rough. Also the room was rather small, the neighbourhood somewhat noisy (though it didn't bother me personally) and the location is distant.

Despite the fact that half of the room price (65 gbp) has been withdrawn from my bank account, at arrival I had to pay the full pricce in cash without receiving any receipt. The hotel staff promised to me to transfer back the originally deducted amount (65 gbp) however it has not been happened since then. Without having any receipt I could not prove that I had paid the full room price of 130 GBP in cash so I am afraid I will not be able to reclaim back the 65 GBP.

Only the Day-Duty staff went out of the way and was extremely helpful.Full marks to him.

The location is horrible. Drunkards and drug addicts start gathering at the fron entrance of the hotel from about 3 pm and linger around till way past midnight. Ladies of the night parade up and down the street in front of the hotel. Guest get holed up in the hotel and dare not venture out after dark. I will strongly suggest that bookings.com drop this hotel from its proflio to maintain its high standards.

    Exceptional

Fantastic location for wembley stadium, room ready on arrival..great room for 4 to share comfortably..would recommend to others looking for a budget hotel.

    Good

The room was big enough for four so we could all stay in one room rather then two rooms

There was no where to make tea and coffee in the room

    Fabulous

Close to Wembley, Clean and very polite staff and very helpful

Room 2 - Fix the shower head, put batteries in the remote control put lightblulbs in the lamps, Fix the towell hook onto the wall - provide towells in plenty of time (and ensure they are dry). You get what you pay for - but these little things would have made the stay even better!

    Good

The breakfast and staff were friendly enough and room served its purpose for a 1 night stay

No tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom, no toliet and shower in the room, had to use a communal one. Nearest parking was 15 mins walk at a tesco car park

    Good

How close the hotel is to the Wembley stadium.

The room was basic, bathroom was mouldy looking, not enough space in the kitchen for everyone to have breakfast. Staff were rude on arrival.

    Very good

Friendly staff, room was ok, bathroom was ok. Overall hotel was ok. Would use again if needed to.

Sky wasn't working so no television at all, towels provided were small and only one each.

    Fabulous

Beautiful building if a little dated in the decor. Very clean and helpful staff.

    Very good

This hotel/ bed and breakfast offers very reasonable value for money which is close to Wembley stadium. Although I would decribe the hotel as no frills, it has all the basics and the bed was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly.

    check out time

staff expecting to keep my change from the room bill as a tip and stating to me they had "no change", room windows didnt shut and were filthy and being on a ground floor was worried about security. bathroom window smashed and not fixed. shower didnt have a shower head on it so was like using a hose pipe. tv didnt work nor did the sky box that was on top of tv. bed sheets had stains on them. when we went to speak to staff the "speak no english" card came out!no tea making facilities and breakfast was a bowl of cereal or toast, not a full continental as described!

Ithought the Hotel was great value for money, But very dissapointed with the lies and disceat from the hotel staff when our car got towed away and the way in which we were treated. I would recomend this hotel for goood value for money, i just don't appreciate being lied too and taken for a fool,
